You really don't need to leave Vegas to find good quality women willing to have great time. In fact, you shouldn't leave Vegas in search of anything if you are a savvy person who values, money and time and expects good return on investment.

Considering making a trip out The Chicken Ranch during my next trip to Vegas in couple weeks. Just curious to hear others thoughts/experiences visiting a brothel lady. At least doing that you wouldn't be canceled out on at the last second !

I'll agree with the above comments. Not really worth it, especially if you have fairly well-developed monger chops and can find local escorts.
BUT: If you must go - to check it off your bucket list or some other reason - then here are some tips (no pun intended) to optimize your experience.
1. Go as a "local." Locals can sometimes get lower rates, or at least have an easier time negotiating lower rates. How? Don't take a taxi there. Don't use the "free limo service" that will pick you up at your hotel. Instead use a rental car, preferably with NV plates and without a rental co sticker. Rent a more upscale car than usual as well. When asked where you are from, use a somewhat local area like Henderson or Paradise. And tell her you've been to other local brothels as well - a while ago.
2. Don't select from the Line Up of providers when you fist walk in. Instead, politely decline and tell them you want to get a drink at the bar. Then let them come to you and you can spend a few minutes getting to know them. You are not obligated to pick anyone, or even have a "party" (what they call having sex). In general, look for newbies... they may be more flexible on rates as they are still learning the ropes and want to get parties booked to show management they can produce. But the trade off here is you may not get the skills that an experienced provider brings.
3. Everything is negotiable! Read up on how to negotiate from sales skills blogs on the web or threads in the Erotic Highway board (it's mostly about Sugar Babies, but the same skills apply). She may want $1,000 for a CBJ, CFS, and CHJ finish. But you may be able to talk that down to something better - though it will still seem expensive.
4. Everything is covered. Everything is covered. Everything is covered. Don't even ask for bare anything or risk being not only declined but ejected if you are a jerk about it.
5. Be prepared for a clinical inspection of your junk by your chosen provider. It's unavoidable - deal with it.
6. Follow your menu choices, don't ask for more after you start. If you try to add on something, expect to be charged A LOT for it.
7. You are probably on camera. They don't talk about it, and I've never heard of them exploiting any customers. But they are always monitoring for the safety of their workers. They will not hesitate to bust open the door and "explain" to you in the most violent manner possible that they will not tolerate abuse or even excessive aggression of their providers.
For me, I did it once in a brothel near Lake Tahoe in 2008. Found a sweet 18 year old brunette that agreed to $250 for BJ, after talking her down from $750. It was not worth it. She faced away from me, used what felt like 4 condoms on me and after 10 minutes told me she was done and offered to finish me by hand - with the condom still on.
I could have used the same cash, without the 30 minute drive, to go with a provider in town who would've rocked my world.
Still, if you decide to go through with it, I'd appreciate your feedback either here or in a review.

Seems like in today's climate, there's a lot of cancelation be it last minute or NCNS....Even with well reviewed girls this is happening more than I could remember. Reason why I shy away from new ladies, the thought of "Ah shit, she just canceled on me"

Personal experience: what someone about them being very clinical is 100% true. They literally use latex gloves to put on the condom. Sometimes they do it with their mouth but that's not atypical. It's also hugely expensive, like literally $3k for one hour. I wouldn't waste your time.

I've read a few books written by former Nevada brothel madams and it was an eye opener. No comparison between a Nevada brothel girl and a nice GFE provider.
The brothel girls provide service more in line with the stereotype of ladies in the business that I had in my head before starting to patronize providers - when I realized that the typical ladies out there just blow that stereotype right out of the water.

Yup. Legalization leads to regulation, taxation, higher prices. See what happened to cannabis. What's needed is decriminalization. Pimping should remain illegal but independent providers - and their clients - should be clear of any criminal prosecution.
Some states/cities are headed in that direction.
I worked at a legal NV brothel (Kit Kat Ranch) I charged $1,000 an hour there, $250 an hour in WI (you have to wear a condom, I still get STI checked) I got 50% at the brothel. The escorts are the same. We all traveled in the legal and "illegal" area. It is honestly all marketing.
A few years ago I was seeing a lady doing a couple of trips per year at one of the Nevada brothels. Pretty much the same price differences WMS mentions. Fortunately I was only seeing her at her home base at affordable prices for me. Not mentioning her name as I have not spoken to her in a long while and so no permission.
