mrfisher prepares himself using PINEAPPLE juice, not lemon juice, to make himself more palatable.

I don't recall anything about garlic butter or cracked peppercorns but mrfisher is, we are told, a man of good taste.

As for the lemon on fish, it helps break down the oils in the fish which contributes to a better flavor.

Lime works well also.

You put lemon "on" fist to make it taste better and you put pineapple "in" fish to make him taste better. lol

Lemon is a natural antibacterial, so putting it on a pussy to kill any germs actually makes some sense.  I you buy hand soap with Lemon oil, it kills germs without adding any chemicals.
