A nice hotel room is always kind of sexy to begin with--so while I would certainly appreciate little touches like these, they're not 100% necessary.

However:  For incalls, stuff like this is absolutely necessary.  I've been to some incalls that were very nicely laid out, with candles and stuff.  I've also been to some that were absolute toilets.  I've even been to some incalls that were the actual residences of the provider in question--and the apartment/house was sloppy and reeked of smoke from weed….blechhh.  That's a fast route to killing a fantasy for me.
