I'm very frustrated with myself, because I'm having a bad time with my performance, i think i have ED.  
   
 Every time a meet a provider i have this problem and I think is that i masturbate a lot and my member have suffer the consequences. which i can feel the sensation of sex and i lost my erection too fast

Sounds like you desensitized your dick from wanking too much.
There is no quick fix for that..
You should take it easy on your dick for a few months.
This sounds crazy.. I had trouble fucking with a condom on at first.

Thank you for posting that. I have a problem with having less sensitivity than I once did, and figured it happened with age. I did some reading and found that frequent and/or rough sex could desensitize the nerves in the penis. I questioned what I'd read, but your post pretty much backs it up.

What I've done is go to a very light touch by the provider or by me (when wanking). It's a different sensation, but it feels good.  

Viagra also helps give more sensation to the penis. Smoking grass gave a lot of sensation, although it's been nearly 40 years since I smoked grass, so I don't know if it would be the same. My guess is that it would still increase the sensitivity.

I'm not sure about the grass part as I only went crazy schizo-paranoid on that when I was 14... never touched it again and sex was the LAST thing I was thinking about, lol.

But, I did also learn a light touch sends me over the edge very quickly, so that's pretty much how my va-J-J is handled.

I do have to say, though, a good pounding is always welcome, just don't rub too hard!!! :D lol
