Make an appointment with your favorite PSE provider.  Tell her what you want.  If you have a buddy in mind give him the time.  If you don't have any buddies with whom you would want to share your PSE ask the provider to bring a guy along.  Be prepared to pay for the second guy to fuck your girl.  

Some girls even have rates such an experience on their site.  Or a rate for *couples* so you know they are in the arena you are thinking.
