I am about to have my third "date" with a lovely young lady. I know in the nonP4P world the third date is called the sex date. Since that is not a thing here I was wondering if there is any traditions anyone here follow.

Is that right lol. Most guys I 'attempted' to actually date in the NON-p4p over a year ago, that's all they wanted on the 'first' date, forget the 'third' date. And no, of course they didn't 'get' it, why in the heck do you think I'm here? Think about it.  

...is that she'll probably be open to booking your fourth at the end of the session. You know, before you leave, like at the dental office. If you tried to do that on your first couple of visits, she probably said something like, "I'll have to check my schedule. Email me tomorrow morning." This will make the drive home much more enjoyable as you'll be able to look forward to seeing her again AND know when it'll be.

You get to see her in flannel pajamas without makeup, and she asks you why you need to spend so much time with your friends.

What if she doesn't believe in sex before marriage?

Taylor, this is why in the non P4P world, I never date a man more than twice.

"Hey, wanna hang?"
"Sure, are we gonna --- you know?"
"Why?"
"Well, I just wanna make sure."

Follow her lead. you can make sexy overtures but no pressure. A pass, yes, pressure NO! Time to pull out the romance dude.

And in the civvie world, she still may not be ready. When I dated after my divorce was final, knowing all about the 3rd date rule, I'd turn up the heat but tell him I'm worth waiting for, and if I was totally into him, he'd get his toes curled big time on the 4th date!

I am so glad to see someone say romance here. Part of the fantasy experience is romantic actions and behavior without anyone getting followed home. at least for me

...NO sex allowed on the 3rd date.  And in some more conservative regions of the country, a chaperone must actually be present!  (4th dates are truly a blast though, and nothing like fondly reminiscing about that third date at the county fair as you recover between rounds - ah, the cotton candy, the $100 spent on the ring toss to win the huge stuffed animal you had to carry around the rest of the day, the corn dog that she provocatively took in all at once, yes, good times indeed...).

'fuck'. And that's all there is to it. There is no such thing as 'dating' as far as I'm aware in any world.  

I 'date' all the time! I am always going to concerts, stage plays, dinners, and whatever with women who I have no intention of ever fucking! Once in awhile I meet someone, arrange a day and time to do something or make plans to attend an upcoming event with whom I actually could see myself wanting a closer relationship. But because pursuing her has social ramifications (undoubtedly we know a lot of people in common, including past SOs), I seek out the company of escorts, and visiting them aids in maintaining a proper distant from my DATE.

I'll tell ya what. You find me a man who actually knows what a 'date' is, I mean REALLY understands the concept and I'll give you a free hour of my time. Maybe. Oh wait, let me clarify, a real 'date' that is. Not a p4p 'date' just to be clear of course.

That's the only tradition that never gets old. You can save falling in love for the fourth date. Then, pls come here and post about it.
