Wow really...? Even during black history month you can't put your prejudice mindset down for a few days..? Lol
True a woman has a right to have preferences and to do business with who ever she wants. But to single out one race of people isn't right.
I'll admit I've done business with a handful of Mexican women. And all of them were horrible .But I would never say I wouldn't do business with a Mexican woman again. I'm just gonna be a Lil more selective and look for the signs of a badd Mexican provider b4 I drive to her incall.
My best friend is black. We are both hobbyist...and its fun sharing stories about the women we've done business with. And it sucks that we can't share stories about some providers because she won't allow him to enjoy her services.
Do business with who u want to. But you shouldn't exclude an entire race of good people.

But I suspect a large percentage of the women that say no AA men is because of the perception that AA men want to be their pimp. Are all AA men wanting to strong arm women to be pimps? No, absolutely not, but I can tell you one thing for sure, I'm nervous every time I board a plane and I see a middle eastern looking person board. Is that racial profiling? I had a really good friend in Oklahoma of all places who was a product of a white red neck father, and a rather elegant black mother. I would alternate between calling him a nigger and a white cracker depending on the occasion. Of course we were REALLY good friends. Actually, in my two years of waitressing, anytime I didn't get a tip, it was a white patron. Male, specifically, though the occasional white woman wouldn't tip or would leave literal pennies on a huge bill.
Here's the thing, though, whenever I go out with my mom's side of the family (all very African), we get really shitty service. I go out with groups of black friends, we almost always get shitty service. But, I go out with my father and his wife (who is white) or a date or friends anyone of any other race, and we get great service, or good, at the very least.
What I'm saying is, maybe some black people don't tip because we get shitty service from servers who think we won't tip and therefore don't bother doing their job. Not saying that's every case, but, it's definitely something I've seen firsthand.
And it could certainly carry over here. That's not to say men who haggle, etc. are victims of this catch-22, they're just assholes (though, I also get more white men asking for discounts than men of any race). But, maybe too many black men have shelled out hundreds or thousands for a high dollar hottie, only to show up and have her completely withdraw and give shit service because of his race.
Just a thought.

Being relatively new to TER did not know that this topic had been discussed in the past. I only responded to voice my frustration with this aspect of hobbying. Obviously a woman has at right to choose who they interact with. I am sure that most of this has to do with fear and prejudice and the idea of personal choice probably just nonsense.

It's their choice! I don't understand why some guys get so worked up with the "no blacks allowed" tag. In the general scheme of things there are approx 25 girls with ads on a single BP page, you have perhaps a maximum of maybe 1-3 girls per page with the "no blacks allowed" tag. Is there a problem with seeing the other 22-24 girls on that page, who are only interested in your $ regardless of skin color?
There are many more women of all races, than not, willing to see Black men, just make sure your "Black friends" have the $$$$$ to play.

Not 10 days ago this same fucking topic was raised. And absofuckinglutely nothing has changed since. It's her body and her rules. There is nothing else to know. No woman here owes you an answer and you're unlikely to get a straight answer anyway. Just please, for the love of all that's holy and good, move on.
I agree that this has been talked about over and over again. I imagine, if I live to be a 100 or more it will still be talked about like it was new. At the end of the day if Jack Johnson, first black heavyweight boxing champion, and other people of color could hobby in late 1800s and early 1900s, then it proves the point that we have some thin skin people in the hobby now of days.
To the original poster, if you are so up in arms about your best friend not being able to see the same providers as you, then why don't you stop seeing those providers that won't see your friend. Will your one person boycott make a difference, no but at least you can say to yourself that you took a stand.
There are enough women out there that are willing to see black men, but you have to do your research. Some providers post that they won't see black men and others don't post it.
Most posters here aren't interested in this topic; they find it repetitive or uncomfortable (you know, race and all), so I suggest you look elsewhere for any meaningful discussion. Good luck.
