how do you do both?  Doesn't the gag prevent the piss from getting in her mouth?

I am thinking of making an amateur adult movie.  This would be a real amateur, no pay for performance in the movie, not the commercial movie name amateur.  

I am interested in what one of two scenes would you most like to see in such a movie.  Be as nasty and graphic as possible.  If I am successful you may see you ideas on DVD.

One thing I'd like to see is something I haven't seen before. I'd gag her while pissing in her mouth. I've done the pissing in mouth thing and I've done the gagging, but separately. Combining the two would be even better. Assuming she's into that kind of stuff. If she isn't it's no fun.
