Life is too precious,friends and family need you, and this is a great country America so...

1)Call up your local Consumer credit counseling service on Monday...they will work out a budget for you and call off the
dogs...There is always bankruptcy protection but they will help you decide.

2)immediately, check out my first post below about lusty sex and then pick up a dozen white castles...extra ketchup(CHEAP THRILL)
then Read Sedona's post and reintroduce your favorite hand to yourself.

3) never give up hope...or stop dreaming of success
... a second job may open up a new door
... or train for something new
... buy a ticket for next weeks lottery(you never know)
4) Bet the ranch on the Giants over Dallas on Monday
(only kiddin but a small wager should do...lol)

5) lighten up and loosen up....go for a good walk and check out some nice scenery and breathe in some fresh air(unless your in LA...lol)...HAVE A GOOD LAUGH...and watch a few episodes of MASH(to hell with the song)( Saw the Adam's ribs one the other day...FUNNY)

LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL!...and remember...no ones better than you so get on with your life and GOOD LUCK!

Like gambling this hobby is very addicting.  You cannot find all you need in the hobby.  It is nice to have a play.  But it will not fill that missing hole in your life.  Ladies can be expensive and by the posts on TER I would say it has ruined many a guys finances.  So when it almost got me I did a couple of things.  The first was to decide how much I wanted to spend.  The second was to find ladies I could afford.  It is an easy thing to find ladies in Phoenix from $120 to $200.  Take contol of your spending and your hobby.  I see someone twice a month.  I spend usually $160.  The quality of the ladies I see is not much diffrent than the more expensive ladies, usually they just have not been in business as long.  Find one you like on the low end, stay with her and she will usually keep your rate the same.
I do agree with Vonryan.  So much more to life than this hobby.  Sitting on the back porch eating dinner with my grand daughter and watching the sun set.  Life is good and will get better for you.

DO's: Do be happy you are healthy and can get outside to see the rest of the world....go out to the movies...read a great thriller or sci-fi novel....hang out with friends...work on that handyman project you've been working on for 6 months...the list goes on...


DON'Ts:  Don't stay attached to the computer and TER so much (I'm guilty of that myself).....Don't call the friends who are always negative....Don't dwell on your lack of money (you are not alone)...


At the end of the day, throw on your favorite porno and enjoy yourself.

That you recognize you might be headed in a bad direction is the biggest part of the battle, my friend, and the first step to changing your scenario.  The three posts to your thread so far are all great advice in the right direction.  

We all have moments where we struggle with weakness or uncertainty.  Accept that it is a good omen...your spirit calling out to you for a change...and do everything you can to get in touch with that spirit more to find a better balance for yourself.

I have been on Prozac for 13+ years.  I know that being down/depressed is awful.  

One trick is to make your hobbying appointments well in advance.  When all else is crappy, you have something to look forward to.
