SOMETIMES Boston Medical group can help. Their meds stimulate the penis only and not the entire system and they have a high success rate, but they're costly.
I have 2 clients who use them, and 1 is HARD after he medicates. The other is not much harder than he was. He got the dose upgraded and I do not know if it helped or not as I no longer see him as he was caught by wifey and is on the short leash now.
