TER General Board

Don't know, generally, whether she does or doesn't

LJ,

Maybe I misspoke.  Should have said: the lady asked me no screening questions... and has no mention of screening on her website.

So, what do you think?  Is it safer for the hobbyist to see providers who screen, screen, screen?  Or no difference either way?

BTW, ANOTHER well thought of local provider told me the same thing: the blonde lady who's been "on vacation" since early August is, indeed, LE.  I would have had no idea but for TER (thank you, thank you...TER).

Thanks,
Ucum.

I have setup a date with a provider recently that I have never seen.  She has not done any type of screening to this point.  I have only seen 2 reviews on the girl but my location limits my options.  Should I worry about a provider that does not screen her clients?

I have met several top notch providers that did not put me through a vigorous screening process. Maybe I have been lucky, maybe a lot of things.

Keep your Bell Jet-Pack ready in the trunk of your DB5 Aston Martin (just in case) and you should be fine.

when I first started I didn't screen. I didn't know much about the business, there wasn't a manual and I didn't even know half of these boards exisisted.

As time went along, yeah, I started screening. (Not all people are nice.)

If you are unsure with her, when she walks in the door, do what the gent below does, greet her with a big kiss. That way all doubts will be gone within 2 minutes.

Can you please amplify your answer (“not really...”)?

I was thinking along the same lines as joeva32.  My logic, which could be wrong, is: following the newbie advice on TER (“do your homework”), I’m screening carefully (e.g., I’m trying to contact only well-reviewed ladies).

In my area, that leaves me with somewhat more choices than I can reasonably attend to, so I’m narrowing my interest to ladies who “screen, screen, screen.”  I’m a snap to verify as legit, so my hope when we meet is: you’re comfortable, I’m comfortable and, therefore, we can see if we “click.”  If we're not going to have fun, let's skip it.

So, am I actually improving both parties’ safety and security?

BTW, I made a single exception to this simple two-step procedure for a “provider” that looked very alluring in her photos.  Way HOT!  I’m quite sure I found her on TER and that she was well, although perhaps sparsely, reviewed.  Long story short, I’m blithely reading along on the national discussion board last week when I see a couple of posts that mention her indirectly.  Maybe it's her, maybe not.  One said cryptically:  “beware a provider in (my area) that’s blonde but has face obscured on her website.”  The other uses three letters of her name, the rest “...***” and says "LE."  And I think “OMG, no way.”  At this point, I’d already e-mailed her and gotten back a pleasant response (but no screening questions... and nothing about screening on her website and no general disclaimer like "if you're thinking you can ever get me to say or do ANYTHING illegal, forget it").

End of story:  I'm at the computer recently with a provider I’ve seen more than once.  I show her the reply from the face-obscured local “provider” and she says, unequivocally, "big-time LE.  Stay far away."

So, as the blood in my veins thaws, I go to “search reviews”, type in the questionable provider's name, and guess what: nothing.  Reviews pulled I guess.

Questions, comments?
