Looking for opinions on weird Eros ad

Would love to get some opinions from experienced hobbyists and providers here…

Recently I came across an Eros ad that caught my eye. Very attractive woman, mid 30s, bit of a girl next door “everyday” appearance. So I looked for her here on TER and sure enough, she had over 30 fantastic reviews. All glowing.

I decided to do a Google search on her # just to see if I could find more pictures. Interestingly, the first page that came up had her real name. So I searched her name and that led me to her FB and IG pages. She’s very active on both platforms, posting almost every day. Hundreds of pics. Not provocative escort pics - normal everyday life pics with family. But clearly the same girl from the Eros ad.

But here’s where it gets odd. Judging from her social media pics, she really doesn’t seem to be the escort type. She’s married with a family and appears to have a “regular” career.

So I reached out to her and she responded enthusiastically. She even sent me her address without me asking (which I thought was odd). I searched the address and it’s a modest suburban apartment complex.

The whole thing just seems weird to me. I’ve seen scenarios before where a provider is escorting UTR “on the side” or her husband is serving as her driver/security. But this doesn’t seem to be the case here. Assuming her Eros ad and TER reviews are legit, I don’t think the husband is aware at all.

Any thoughts?

Agree - but what about all the reviews?

so that they are scared straight about doing things like using a phone number that can be linked to them.

As for your comment that she's not the escort type, no one is the escort type.

There's a million stories in the Naked City.

Newbie sex workers get into the industry with little to no knowledge of these things..  An idea --- give her a heads up that while trying to verify that she was legit,  you were able to find her private accounts and are informing her out of a cause of concern. Obviously this means that there will be a chance that she would no longer want to see you depending on how you deliver that information, but you would have done her the benevolent deed of preventing stalkers and predators from weaponizing that information against her.

Thanks - this is great advice. I’m not stalking her at all - I would never do that. I searched her name and number only because there was limited info on her ad. The whole thing just strikes me as odd. I’m still not 100% convinced she’s legit but she’s got tons of reviews.

Shocker, right !?!?!

This is your 2nd post on the board, and no reviews. So I am assuming you are new.

Not sure if your goal here is to pry into providers' social / personal lives or to have a good time.  This is not how you search for a good provider. You look for reviews. Like adrianamonet said, you would be doing her a solid if you alert her to these things, but it depends on how you  deliver the message.

You’re overthinking this. She’s got a ton of reviews, you’ve verified she’s not using fake photos in her ads because you’ve creeped her IG and Facebook real life accounts. You’ve been in contact with her and made arrangements for a date. Yet you still want to keep digging because you’re not sure if she’s really an escort?

I would have a close look at those reviews and the reviewers.

Maybe OP should include her TER ID and we can all have a look. If she has 30 TER reviews she’s clearly not UTR and OP isn’t the only guy who’s discovered her social media.

I agree with luvmtiter and RH.

Post the providers TER ID.

If the provider is not smart enough to separate her escort persona from her “real life” persona that’s one thing, but for someone to out her here is not very smart, does nobody any favors, and is a violation of TER rules.

Yeah, if someone has real life info out there, for goodness sake, don't reveal their TER ID here.  It's like waviing in crazies to track her down and do real harm.

We're not asking for her real life persona...but rather the ter profile.

But I get it, because now cats out of the bag people will look her up and that leads to her being "outed"

The only thing that could be soothing to OP is that usually in these type of scams the numbers are different. Or the social media account is super fake.
Well, hope the op doesn't get scammed.

Can you please show me where revealing a provider’s TER ID is a violation of TER’s rules? I’ve never seen that and I’ve seen TER IDs posted hundreds of times.
.
As to creeps harassing the lady, do you think that OP, a newbie, is the only person who has googled her phone number and found her social media? Really? I know a number of providers who work under their real names and who’s phone number links to their social media. It’s not as rare as you think.

I’m not posting her TER profile…the last thing I’d ever want to do is hurt anyone. Especially a provider (or innocent person who’s somehow caught up in this).

I’m 80% sure it’s some kind of scam…although I can’t explain all the reviews. By the way, the Eros ad is gone now.

What do you think about the fact that she voluntarily gave me her address without me even booking an appt?

Extremely suspicious. Who the hell does this?

Also, if it's a scam, then the reviews are bogus and you will do a service to the community if these fake ones are exposed. Do the people reviewing her at least have credible presence?

My first thought was that it was a scam (or possibly LE sting). No legit provider in their right mind would give out their address that quickly. Even newbie providers who might not know enough to separate their personal life from their escort life (ie the phone number) are usually smart enough not to give out their address so soon. However, a lot of scam ads do that (because they are not actually at that address) then ask you for a gift card before they let you in. Also I can see an LE sting possibly giving out an address early, with zero screening.

I actually had typed this info earlier and was the first reply to your post. I believe your second post in the thread (where it looks like you are agreeing with yourself) was a reply to my post. However, I accidentally deleted my post and your post is hanging there not making sense. Sorry about that. Lol.

As far as the reviews, it is possible that someone stole a legit provider's profile to give their scam more credibility.

Another possibility is someone is fucking with that lady. (A vengeful ex SO, former friend 🤷🏻‍♂️).

All the more reason to share her TER ID so that other hobbyists don't get ripped off or arrested.

I actually ran into a slightly similar situation a couple of weeks ago. In my case the lady is reviewed here but her last review is from several years ago.

I've had my eye on this lady for a while (her pictures show her as being gorgeous) and finally decided to reach out. She was VERY communicative by email and she was trying to get me to come to a local hotel to meet her. She had already cleared me via P411. Her email address was a female name on Gmail, e.g. [email protected].

I didn't think much of it but then after some exchanges it seemed odd to me that her address name would be so radically different from her escort stage name, so I googled the email address name and lo and behold got some hits, including a Facebook page. I looked at the FB page and while she looked very different in most of the pictures (much heavier for one thing), in a few I could tell it was the same woman. (she actually shows her face on her website and P411 profile)

I emailed her and told her that I found it odd that she was apparently using her real name to contact clients and that it should be something she should think about changing.

I never heard back from her. I can't see how something like this could have been a casual mistake, but who knows. I haven't contacted her again, and won't, and I don't expect to hear back from her so that's over and done with.

If you do inform her, use a burner email address.

Years ago, while looking for a lady, I stumbled on an ad. googled the email. Second or third site was some data aggregate website with a bunch of data. Real name, where she lives. Previous places she lived, possible relatives and where they lived. Searched her name on facebook. Found her account. had her place of employment.

I created a new email, giving her the link. She thanked me. I moved on.

I felt I had to do something but didnt want it connected to my hobby identity in case she acted negatively.

Yep. Very weird. Can’t be a casual mistake IMO.

In my case, I think someone is messing with this woman like a vengeful ex (as someone mentioned earlier). The Eros pics match the FB pics…but there’s just no way this woman escorts IMO.

That doesn't explain the TER reviews.

I've come across many providers who were a little careless, but this one appears to win the grand prize.

That would be the case, but it's strange that after you contacted her she willingly gave you her address. Usually people don't give out their addresses to strangers.

Since I haven't seen her ads or her TER profile, how do you explain the 30+ reviews that you mentioned? Are all of the reviewers one and dones? Or are some/many of them hobbyists with longer TER review histories which would indicate that they actually saw the lady? Have you PM'ed any of them to verify or investigate?
.
This story is weird. And if you're correct that this is a vengeful ex messing with the lady some unsuspecting hobbyist is going to get beat up, shot, or arrested when he shows up to her house. Someone needs to dig deep and either confirm that she is an escort or advise other hobbyists that they have verified that the ad and reviews are fake and to stay away.

It is perfectly fine to put a provider profile link in a post.

It is not fine to put someone’s personal info on TER.

In the case here, the OP had already stated that her Facebook page and other personal info is easily available. At this point, posting her TER link would basically open up that personal info. TER has always had a strong policy against outing people. Even if people were publicly outed on the internet, and people can easily find the info, TER still doesn’t allow links to that sort of info.

For example if there is an LE prostitute raid and news stories have names and or photos of the people arrested, you can post a thread on TER saying there was a bust in xx city, but you can’t link the news article. Sure people can google and find all the outed info, but TER will not be a part of the outing by allowing a hotlink to it.

For a recent example there is a thread still on this page, about a provider outing some guy on Twitter. (“Why you don’t send a selfie or copy of your ID”). When that was first posted the twitter link was included in the OP. If you look now, the thread is still up but the twitter link is gone. TER removed the link because it is against the rules to post a link that outs people.
