Soo.. I’ve always LOVED my breasts. Natural DDs, pretty nice looking I’d say. Here lately, after turning 40 last year, I’ve contemplated implants. Small, only to lift and give me better swimsuit options. Ladies know what I’m talking about. Ladies that have them? Regrets? Love them? Anything you’d change? Gentleman? Yay? Nay? Ugh. I’m so torn. Thanks for your input…

Assuming nothing has changed with your pictures; leave them the way they are!
Your reviews show that you're doing just fine.

You need to tour.....perhaps in the DC area?

I'd leave them alone. They look great.

There is a risk in any surgical procedure, even though it may be a small one.

as it’s your body. But if you do it, do it for YOU, not based on what others think.

If you do it, get a referral to a top-notch surgeon.  That can make all the difference between happiness and regret.

I think implants have a place in society but yours seem spectacular. You have to ask if the little bit of gain is worth the risk. You also have to ask if there would be a "gain", so to speak, at all. IOW, there isnt just a risk to your health with the procedure but also a risk you might not like what the surgeon did. Just things to consider. Good luck with whatever you decide!

I'm a guy, so I don't really KNOW the other options but I've seen ads, Shark Tank products, and so on. Specifically, you say, "Small, only to lift and give me better swimsuit options." (Not nekkid photos or other "unbound" reasons.)
.
Aren't there specialized garments to give you the look you want? Underwires? New soft-but-rigid materials? Criss-cross lifting patterns? Pasties attached to helium balloons? If you find something you like that works well, maybe you can become a spokesmodel? "Since using the Wonder-Under-Boob-Lifter, I get 50% more clients on TER!"

I personally don't care for the feel of surgically enhanced breasts. And to be honest they often look a little bit off to me also. However, I understand the decision to get implants is good for some women. There is so much pressure on women regarding breast appearance/size, etc.

My advice would be different for a civie, but in the SW biz, it might make financial sense to keep 'em perky.

You don't need implants nowadays, there's a new augmentation option called "fat transposition" that lipo's out your fat, which is then injected into your breasts. You keep about 80% of the total they remove/add, so, you have to have fat to remove, or gain weight which will then be removed.

Overall, pretty ideal honestly, healing/recovery time is short, breasts look and feel natural because they *are* natural, low risk of complications, and nowadays, the one downside, and the reason this was not a widespread technique prior to a few years ago, mammogram machines are sophisticated enough to distinguish transposed fat and tumors.

Maybe a little lift would be good for you but by and large, you have spectacular boobs.
Love them!

Agree. A breast lift procedure might be a better option. Good luck.

And it's not an understatement when I say I love a pair of nicely implanted boobs.  It is a fetish of mine. But I think in some cases they are not needed.  I have looked at a few of your pics and I will say yours are quite lovely.  And certainly ones I would love to fondle.  That being said, I will say this.  I am sure implants would look phenomenal should you choose to go that route as well.

...I had toyed with the idea of breast reduction. But after talking about it with women that had done it I was traumatized by their tales of loss of nipple sensitivity. Yikes! That made my decision for me. But your being in this business might weigh more heavily as a reasonable risk because we all love perky boobies. Tough decision!

In my opinion of course.  But I'm ten years you may need to replace them.  They go bad and cause health problems.

Of course, I've always preferred the beautiful creatures God made.  No tattoos, no piercings, no implants, no lip treatments.  No distractions.  Just pure beauty.  Take care of your body and be beautiful.

My wife had a right breast mastectomy with full removal of the nipple.  It was reconstructed and a fake nipple and tattooed areola.  But of course no nipple sensation (or any sensation in the area.)
.
The plastic surgeon also wanted to reduce the healthy right breast to match the size of the newly reconstructed breast (my wife had large natural breasts and went to the limit on the reconstructed implant they would provide (probably something to do with insurance or general practices, not nearly as large as the ones you see on porn star implants.))
.
Anyhow we were acutely aware of the risk of loss of nipple sensitivity on the left breast.  Nevertheless she did finally decide to get the reduction, which also perked up the breast.  Fortunately there was no loss of sensitivity.

Up to you.  Your images indicate you have a great rack.  I love all kinds of boobs.  As long as the nipple gets hard, I'm all in.

You already have DDs so you don't need implants. Implants are for extra volume. You just need a lift to make things perkier :) Plus the extra risks involved with having a foreign thing in your body is just not worth it.

...which can be done w/o implants.
I'm an H (natural) and considering it. Anytime that i've asked a client their opinion about a lift or to enhance they always replied "they're fine". I don't think they care too much as long as they can suck em', touch em' and fuck em' lol (especially if they're already more hand a handful).
YOU have to live with whatever you do to your body...not them.
If you're naturally DD+ already they don't need to be bigger imo unless you really want the extra size too.

After creating lives & breastfeeding babies the breasts are never the same, so I had mine done it’s the best decision ever. My tatas are perfect. Research good Drs. I did not go cheap, and they have a lifetime guarantee. $7k I love the way they look & feel! I only wear a bra when I am being Super Mama. Do what makes you happy. I healed fast. If I could do anything different I would of gone bigger. DD’s…lovely, but I guess my C’s fit my body size without attracting to much negative attention. I just turned 44, so I know exactly what you desire. Whatever you decide, do it for you.

...I would say you do not need implants.  At the most, you could get a breast lift as others have said.  The medical term if you want to research it is "mastopexy."

Agreed. Also prefer natural in 95% of the cases. There are definitely well done good looking implants, but it's just not the same squeezing fake boobs versus natural boobs.

Your decision is a more complex one. I have scrubbed in with plastic surgeons, and seen lots of their cases.
Nobody can give you a properly thought out and reasoned assessment without a full exam by a top plastic surgeon who does different procedures based on the patient’s desired outcome, and the physical structures involved. A truly great result looks completely normal. Do your research of the best plastic surgeons you can find, and go for a thorough evaluation. You should be given a rundown of all your options. Look at previous patients outcomes, and ask if previous patients will consent to discussing their outcome.  It’s important to get the right surgeon.
