I know of one top-line married provider in NY (kind of notorious) is married to an older guy who's extremely obese.
Another gal I know is married to an older man and, while I don't know what he looks like, he's more of a father figure to her than anything else.
I'm sure if I wracked my brain I could think of some more.

But many guys here honestly think...much of it based on the rhetoric here by some gals about their "lofty" standards...that all of the hookers are really involved (or were or will be) with really "hot guys".

If you study the reviews of the top Providers notice most haves a significant amount have incredible ratings.  No one enjoys their job that much.

Hotness, compatibility, skills, they're not related. I've finally gotten over it.

In P4P looks is irrelevant on both sides as money is always the equalizer.  Some "hot" guy may have a particular interest and doesn't want to impose that on his gal pals in the other (non P4P) world.  Frankly I know of many here that approach this game exactly that way.

I can name at least ONE that wouldn't be happy to see you.

 My ATF's SO isn't what I would call "ugly".  But he's very ordinary looking at best.  The first time I met him, I thought, "Surely she could do better!"  In time I realized she did just fine.  He treats her well, with love and respect.  They share a very very nice home.  Most importantly, he's understanding of her profession.  I think it takes a very secure man to support his SO going to work to have sex with one or more other men every day.  I don't think I could do that.  
   
 As for the BBFS my ATF has with her SO... all I have to say about that is, "Lucky bastard!"  

But to answer as best I can...enough to know that I'm not making this shit up.

I have observed the same on occasions.

We don't have a year with you... we have a few hours. You can only grow on someone so much in that time and fall for them, though I am shocked by those who claim otherwise lol. With a real BF, things are totally different and we are both being ourselves after a point. I used to be fascinated.  But after participating for awhile, you learn that these ladies have several things on common with the men they service; I.e.  they have families, career aspirations, bills to pay, and feelings, just to name a few. Once upon a time, before I was blessed with good fortune, I too had to pay rent.  I am positive that one of my neighbors was a provider.  Without asking any questions, you just know!  Another of my neighbors was a nurse.  One earned her livelihood by caring for her clients medical needs, while the other earned her livelihood by caring for her clients personal needs.  It was just that simple!
