'I really want to make sure that our time together is great for both of us, and that you feel refreshed, unrushed, and energized. What would be good days/times in your schedule, where you have a large window of availability, so that we can have a relaxing time together? ' Also, please don't ask, " Hey, I wanna be the first appointment of the day". It's ridiculous and slightly offensive, especially for low volume ladies, with real world careers such as myself, who might only accept 2-3 invitations to meet for the entire week.I contacted a local companion for a 12:00 pm appointment the next day. Her booker replied that she would be available at 12:20. I assumed that she had an 11:00 one hour appointment and the booker was giving her 20 minutes to recuperate. She's not a virgin. Somebody has been there before. 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours.
All providers see multiple men and are not monogamous. That means that she is no virgin. You are not her first. Does it matter if she bedded someone 20 minutes ago or a day ago? The risks are about the same. What does matter is if she took the time to clean herself properly before your time with her. That is what matters. Yes, a person can bathe themselves properly in 20 minutes.
Second issue is you don't know when her last appointment was. It is just you assuming about the odd 20 minutes timing. There is plenty of reasons other then just 20 minutes between appointments that easily account for the time not being on an even half hour.

I think it’s best you only schedule first appointment then you don’t have to worry about them being back to back and the required recovery between appointments.
Is it typical? Who knows, some may only be 15mins between. And if this short time between is not acceptable by her, she probably won’t stay, bookers are assisting, not pimping, he could have asked her.
Some ladies working for agencies can and will manage as many as they can get. Go see indies if your concerned many like time between to recover and prepare but some are quite capable and like back to back appointments.
I recall the days where agency girls were seeing there next moments after next, end last 5mins early and a fast tidying and a few wipes then NEXT 😳

If he canceled because he thought she had an 11am appointment and 20mins is not enough separation for him, I tend to believe he couldn’t do any other time then 12.

I don't think one needs to be "high volume" to occasionally run into back-to-back appointments.
How do you define "high-volume." Would you consider a girl who saw customers two days a week at the rate of 6 per day (which might account from some "back to back" appointments, or a girl who saw 2 customers a day for six days a week? Are they both high-volume, or is neither high-volume, or just one of them? As you point out, even the girl seeing only two customers a day could have them booked tightly together with only a fifteen minute break if that's the schedule the customers needed.
I think there must be cases where two clients have certain time windows and back to back is the only way to see them.

but I agree the definition of high or low volume is pretty vague.
Sometimes I have to pass completely if I don't get the time window I want. Scheduling assistants sometimes don't believe me if I ask for two hours at 12:00 noon, then they tell me it would have to be 1:00, and I tell them that doesn't work for me so I'll have to try for a different day. I'm usually scheduling session around my work day, so I often have to fit into a particular slot (no pun intended).
"Only" twenty minutes. Sometimes its 15 min, and can even be 10 min. If he had told you 12:30 and, and unbeknownst to you, the last guy was leaving at 12:15, you probably wouldn't have given the time between customers a second thought. As long as the girl is fresh and clean for me, and her breath doesn't smell like cum, I could care less about the guy before me, unless he's still in the room with us.
There should be no illusion that these women are "all yours", this is their job, they bang alot of dudes. If you have an issue with that, you're barking up the wrong tree, and are probably better suited to finding some church girl that you can marry, pop out 2.5 kids, and have her yell at you for random bullshit like leaving the toilet seat up, because then she'll be "all yours".
Also the notion of "the booker only giving her 20 minutes to recuperate" is bullshit. In answer to your question, I would not have assumed the girl has a 20-minute break between appointments. It's really odd to start a session at 20 after an hour. That said, maybe she had a noon QV and only 5 minutes to baby-wipe her cooch and armpits.
If you're concerned, book 2 hours, show up on-time and tell her you've got a quick errand to run and will be back in 45 minutes. Show up later to a "rested" provider and enjoy an extended 1-hour date.
So I don’t do back to back bookings, but scheduling at odd times still happens! For me, it’s always because I’m trying to get as close to the requested time as possible, but life gets in the way.
I have my lash extension appointment set for the morning, and that takes 2 hours, and it’s 15 minutes from home, but I have to take into account if my lash tech is running behind...
Or I said I’d get breakfast with my sister, and as supportive as she is about work, she is tired of me rescheduling our stuff to take an appointment, so I have to calculate what time we’ll be done & then the time I’ll need to get ready.
Or I have a doctor to visit and don’t we all know the variables THERE!
I think a lot of folks here agree about the “why should you care?” And the “if it matters that much, book early,” but for me, I would recommend keeping in mind all of the non-work commitments we have as well. Even women working with agencies have outside lives and commitments.

IMHO EVERYTHING we do with a provider is an illusion. Depending upon our tastes/preferences. I believe our "fantasy" can take on different shapes and forms.
Every one of my ATFs are not exclusive to me. One would have to be a mental midget to think otherwise. But MY preference is that I only focus on OUR time together. Even though she may have seen someone before me that day, she knows my preferences well and there is no hint, in any way shape or form, that she HAS been with someone else.
Am definitely a GFE kind of guy. Have been quite fortunate enough to enjoy the company of ladies who not only show me they know exactly what that means but appreciate the lengths I go, to reward them for showing me so, during our appointments.
Again, to each his or her own.
She needs to take her dog out for a potty break before she has to ignore him to focus on you.
Maybe she did not check into the Hotel on time or the hotel made her wait.
Maybe, it was taking her that time to be ready for you...maybe, she was running errands, maybe she was feeding her cats, walking her dog....etc...

I usually try to book an hour between appts so I can jump in the shower, go to the bathroom, eat, etc.
The least I have done between appts is 30 min.
