It doesn't matter what her schedule says -- since hours you want could be booked already anyhow.
I just send a date and a time in my request and say I am flexible (within a range.) They usually accept the date and time as I suggest, but occasionally move it up or down an hour or so. Less often suggest a different day but same time of day. Of course I tend to book a few days in advance. Last minute stuff, who knows?
Men, if you see an ad that says "Angelina Jolie! Visiting 12-14" do you interpret her availbility as
A. She is available the entire day on the 12th, 13th and 14th B. She is available from the afternoon on the 12, and all day on the 13th and 14th C. She is available on the 12th and 13th, with possible morning availability on the 14th D. She is only available on the 12th and 13th, and no availability on the 14th E. You don't assume, and just ask her about whichever day you had in mind
Your responses and likes on others' answers will be very helpful. Thanks!
I wouldn't make any assumptions at all. If I wanted to see her I'd contact her and let her know when I'd like to see her. If she says OK, we're good. If she says no but gives me another window, I'll say yes if it works for me. Why anyone would worry about the other options you give is beyond me.
As for her availability, How the fuck am I supposed to know what other plans she has made?
The best way to "dispense" such information is to do as you should do whenever dealing with the public and not just with whoremongers, assume EVERYONE reading your ad is going to be an idiot and don't leave anything to interpretation.
I've learned never to take a lady's posted schedule as gospel. As you point out, there can be different ways to interpret something that may seem straightforward. It's also possible for a provider to make a mistake when posting her upcoming schedule, a problem I've encountered once or twice. Of course, even if the schedule is accurate, life can always intervene to ruin any plans you make. Booking a provider isn't like buying train tickets; it sometimes requires patience, understanding, and flexibility.

Let her know when you want to see her and let her respond. If you are outside of when she had planned to be there, she can decline your kind invitation, offer another time, or add on to her planned time as she sees appropriate.
