You have listed 10, I have personally tried 7 of the 10 and would love to try the other 3. Here is my two cents on each for what it is worth. Personally my favorites out of this group would be: 1. Ballerina - 2. Bodyguard - 3. Piston....... I would only do 1. Prison guard - 2. Standing doggy if they were her favorites........ Superwoman is fun just to be different but not something I would do often and Slow dance I believe would be great but I need to be able to line up right for me to know for certain...... I think Booster Seat looks like it could be awesome. SP Dancer could be fun and bend over only works for me if she wanted it.  

 superwoman - As long as she holds onto the back of the cushion. It offers great penetration          
 slowdance - You have to align up right, I am 6'5" so it wasn't a favorite of mine
 prisonguard - Not a favorite because there is no sensuality to me, just pounding away
 piston - A wonderful position in which the lady can completely control the tempo
 standingdoggy - Again not a favorite, no sensuality but a great view
 sp_dancer - Never tried it, I wonder if she will need to switch legs.....

 bodyguard - I find this one great when you are standing in front of the mirror and going slow
 bendover - Never tried it, just doesn't look comfortable for the lady but would do it if she wanted

We are the same height, so that makes it possible.  With most of the gals I know, the height factor makes it difficult.

I was seated on the edge of the bed.  She was sideways to me with one foot on the bed and another on the floor (which makes it qualify as standing, possibly).  She suspended herself by putting her hands on the dressing table across from the bed and pumped herself up and down on me.
