Does anyone out there know if there is a REAL way to increase the size of a mans penis? You see all these adds for pills and etc... but I am sure they must be too good to be true. Would love just a little more width and length ( never can have enough ) if its possible to do safely. Any real feed back would be appreciated. thanks

There is an operation termed "the Kielbasa operation". Most enlargement surgery has problems lengthening and thickening the penis.  The Kielbasa operation, developed in Austria and done by a number of plastic surgeons including at least one here in Philadelphia, does both lengthening and thickening.
You can easily have it done. There are a few minor drawbacks.  The main one is loss of feeling in the penis. So you can use it but not feel anything while you are doing so.  I guess this would also allow you to go longer since you would have great trouble climaxing without feeling things.  A small price to pay for the pride of knowing you have the longest and thickest penis in the room.
I have not heard of erectile dysfunction as a result, but I have not looked into it that carefully.

it's in "freekonomics or superfreekonimics". But they had great success in treating AIDS in africa with free condoms. It wasn't working  until they finally figured out that Indian men has penises too small for the condoms. So they had to make a pencil dick size to fix the problem.

6inches is the perfect size penis.  Any less is disappointing and while more is a pleasant surprise, most women cannot take it all in.
