At this age, 40s, the libido is either"on" or it is "raging on", whereas it used to just always be "raging on".  If it is raging on that week AND I schedule a date, then it goes into "ballistic" mode for three or four days where I may just go ahead and schedule another.  This week is a good exampe of that.

But if I sit out a couple of few weeks, then it is by definition going to settle and I start to wonder if continuing in the hobby is worth the risk and effort.  Then my ATF visits.  Then I am "raging fucking on" again.

Quite the cycle my friend.  Ever wonder what it was like to be tossed in an industrial sized clothes dryer every couple of weeks?  It is like that.

Quality over Quantity

I am a believer that even in the P4P arena, two people can connect in such a manner that, in the interim between sessions, the thoughts are not of "who to see next", but rather "what nuances can we two explore" in our next session together.   In spite of the plethora of ladies available to meet, the number of ladies truly open to sensual subtleties in a shared journey is much, much smaller.  So, while I might have had a nice session with a lady (really haven't had a bad one to date), the back-n-forth in communications before a 1st meeting, or in-between meetings, tells me if she really does share the same adventurous, sensual nature worth pursuing further.  

So yes, I do a lot of 'research' to find hidden gems, since for me, time is the most valuable of resources to allocate wisely in this realm.

I workout to keep myself in check. I will go workout after having a session with a provider. Sometimes after the workout. It makes me good and tired for a deep sleep. I am good to go for another 5 days. Sometimes that does not always work, I have sessions the next day or the same day since I have been doing 1/2 hours.

My best solution is to do 2 hour appointments or 1 hours with 2 pops in a hour. They helps me to achieve my 5 day rule.
