When I send A PM to someone
How can I tell or is it even possible to know if and when a PM was opened, Other than getting a reply.

for some reason, they set up the read/unread box for sent mail to represent if you have read your own sent mail, for some bizarre reason. I posted on the S&P board months ago that it would be way more useful to have that for the recipient of intended mail, but like most of the posts there, some members responded but nothing from management.
