Those thinking about surgery should access pictures of the procedure for Goretex implants.  In a word:  Scary!  Also, it doesn't improve length, only girth.  A common procedure is snipping the superior penile ligament, which makes the penis hang out and look longer, but in action, it actually isn't (and actually retracts due to lack of the support). Injections of Restylane have been used for glans enlargement.  It's temporary but it works.  It ends up looking pretty lumpy/bumpy and weird, though.  If you didn't have an understanding partner, it might scare her away!

Not a fan of fakes. Now I have no issue with large naturals, but often they come on larger ladies. I like larger ladies as well as thin ones, but most guys on this site prefer thin ones.
