Do You Actually Use Eros?

Hi there,

I’m pretty new to full service, but have been pro S/switching for about 5 years. Paying for Eros every month gets quite expensive, and so I wanted to take a small, informal poll of what ad sites those partaking in the hobby are using these days.

May look at Eros and Tryst but have never acted on either without further checking on here and or P411.

I still haven’t gotten a review here yet unfortunately, but I’m definitely excited to meet a gentleman who is an active member of TER some time soon. Most of my bookings at this point come from Tryst or Slixa. Thank you!

You’re doing a lot of things right towards getting your first review. Definitely keep posting on your local discussion and ad boards. Your throat hugs post is attention getting for sure.

To answer your poll question, I’ve heard so much negativity about eros, mostly from providers, I don’t even like to click on links from there. Very similar to OldRanger, I look at Tryst and adult search but probably won’t reach out unless I can find her here or on P411. I don’t look at tweeter at all but that’s just me and I know I’m very much in the minority. I’ve always heard that ad board use varies a lot by region. Might ask this on your regional board if you haven’t already.

Many ladies I know complain about Eros and how difficult they are to deal with.

My primary sources are here, P411, and Twitter. I'll only look at an Eros or Tryst ad if I see a lady's profile shows one in order to see a few more pictures.

I used to use it before I knew better. Most of what I see on Eros are fakes and scams. Not worth weeding through. I prefer Tryst, though I cross check any lady from Tryst on TER.

This is why I stopped my ad on there this month. If I use retouched photos, I think clients assume I’m a fake, and if they don’t look polished, I don’t attract clients in my wheelhouse on Eros, so it sucks for companions as well. Thank you!

Eros is pricy and the reason I don't use it. I use TER, P411, Tryst, and twitter. Best of luck, Gracey!!

Eros is no bueno in my opinion & I was there long ago. You can’t post your website. You get more hackers & spam it’s a waste. Maybe if you’re touring. Idk I don’t tour. I get my bookings here & twitter.

That has been my issue with Eros some months! Thank you ♥️

Over the past five years, I've found maybe two good Eros ladies, who happened to be touring East European indies. [As a matter of fact, I'm waiting for one to return later this year.] At the same time, I have been disappointed by a half dozen ladies with misrepresenting ads and disappointing service, most of whom were with agencies. Fortunately I've avoided the scammers.

Still need to cross check, especially in election years if you know what I mean

When I first started in the hobby, I felt as though only the ELITE of providers used Eros. I couldn’t wait to have an ad on their site, but this was almost 10 years ago. Times were much different then and their website was held at a higher standard. I have posted an ad on the a few times and have only received 2 bookings that mentioned they saw me on Eros. In all honesty, I don’t feel as though Eros suits me and my business. I opt for Tryst, Fetlife & Slixa.

Eros took all my legit verification info and told me I was permanently banned from their site with no reason why ... twice. Iam SURE I followed all the rules abd guidelines. I will never even try again, and never refer to them.

As others have said, I used Eros years ago as that was where the higher end providers posted. I never had an issue. Then about 10 years ago I started noticing problems. Scams and lower tier providers ( meaning, non GFE, upsales with services, and incalls offered in cheap motels- similar to the former BP site quality. I believe some quality providers still advertise there, but less do now. Tryst and Slixa for me. But honestly, the TER new review section does it for me. If I read a nice review on a provider, I’m inclined to give her a call.

I've never been with an escort, but I go to Eros often. I usually search there first by city. Then, if I am interested in one, I then go to this site to read reviews and what not.

I booked a 'verified provider' on Eros and got ripped off horribly!  I'll never even look on that site again!

I've heard that happens often on that site. I've reached out to 1 or 2 on Eros but never got a real good feeling about the convo. A few red flags each time. I decided against booking.

I looked at eros a lot when I started but very rarely do now. Like you, I was ripped off early on by a porn star I hooked up with via eros and vowed not to make that mistake again.

Hey! When this happens are you guys reporting this? Please make sure you are reporting it to the admin regardless of the site. We don't want these scammers floating around anymore than you guys do. It makes all the gals look shitty and unprofessional.
