What is the proper amount of time between vouches or reviews
that is not too often, not to far apart but is "Just Right" to make

My transliteration of your post is:

"How long will a hooker give me the OK after I see her"?

I can't answer that question as I've never used that method to see a hooker.

I just send my inquiry in...tell her that I'm NOT escalade1964 and I'm good to go.  :D

Oh to be fair I also tell her that I'm not lungman or fidiot.  

If she asks if I know the CPA...I tell her "We're good pals".  They love that for some reason.

I also promise a nice canolli at Mike's after dinner at Union Oyster...assuming I'm in BeanTown.  In ChiTown...it's Harry's followed by Dairy Queen.  OTC of course  LOL

I haven't written a review in years because I see mainly women who don't want reviews written about them. As far as how that relates to providers "wanting" to see me I think you are a little confused.  When a provider interests me I contact HER and we set up an appointment.  If she has an issue with a lack of reviews on my end and doesn't want to see me that's fine, she's not really someone I want to see anyway.  I book with a lady to get an hour or two of good sex from her, not to bolster her review count. If a gal won't see me because I don't have any recent references that's fine to. I move on. I never have any trouble finding a great lay-for-pay.  P4P existed long before it was a "hobby" that could seemingly only be conducted on the internet.

Don't get so hung-up on the TER machine.  I've had sex with street walkers (OK, 20 years ago), strippers, Craig's List girls, Back Page girls, and Ero's girls (all without reviews) agency girls (many without reviews)and well reviewed TER girls.  The only thing a review really does is let you know that she's not LE.  Reviewed girls still flake, still see guys on their period, still up sell, still see more guys in a day than they should and still do just about everything that a bad escort WITHOUT reviews can do.  You pays your money and you takes our chances...

When a provider looks at my profile to screen me, what should be the ideal gap between two reviews or two vouches, so as to not appear excessive, serial monger, or (on the other end of the spectrum) an occasional hobbyist.

If a guy has laid dormant for a year, he is a newbie to me and will have to be screened all over again. I am happy to give a reference that's old, but I always make the provider aware of just how old it is, and let her decide if she wants to accept it...I would not.

There are some ladies that are very choosy + picky + "read between the lines" w/ online behavior
I am NOT one of those ladies.

I sort of screen people my own way.  For instance, I do try to figure out what mental illnesses a new client has, including personality disorders.  I have read the DSM-IV + I am pretty skilled with "armchair psychoanalysis."  I don't spread my observations around, but I use them to navigate around a client's hang-ups comfortably.

I try to be mindful of other people's needs in this business.

I have never paid mind to "decoding reviews" or "decoding references."
