i'm lucky to have some "friends" who are providers but recently i'm beginning to wonder if i should remain friends with these types of personalities. a local provider placed an ad on one of those lesser established sites simply because she was bored and needed some entertainment. i asked her about the ad because it had some interesting information about services on it. she said she just wanted to make some guys dance around for awhile before telling them she wasn't available. her description of her interaction with the men was specifically "i have a few jumping through hoops right now". she took great pleasure in sharing that with me

i don't think i wish to associate with this type of person.

While I certainly agree that the woman you described is guilty of manipulative behavior I think it's a bit of a stretch to lump all providers into that category.  Stereotyping much?

They become jaded man haters (if they weren't already).

My BM really liked her job when she first started; meet new and interesting people, fuck them, and get paid for it. She'd come home from her incall laughing, smiling, talking about how funny this one was, and what interesting stories the other one had, or this guy had an oral fixation and he was really good at it, had big dick, was cute yada yada...

But it sure didn't take very long for her to want to stab EVERY cient in the neck and watch him bleed out. SHe'd come home and make me sit through an hour or more of nonstop complaining about the various ways her clients made her stomache turn or how fucking needy and idiotic they all were...some of them were the same guys she used to look forward to seeing.

SHe wouldn't have pulled anything like the chick you described because she was money motivated and focued on maintaining her pristine reputation but she would have found it hilarious.

Not souring is specifically why I take hiatus on occasion. Everyone needs a vacation once in awhile, and if you don't get one you might begin to hate whatever job you are doing.

I've noticed most of the ladies who dislike hobbyists (or certain types of hobbies i.e. age, hairy, race, etc.), didn't really like them or men in general to begin with. So there experience is more of life fulfilling their own expectations.

I say if you maintain a positive attitude, you will have positive results.

In life, you will always find an asshole or two, but assholes are necessary. Otherwise how would you get rid of the shit in your life. LOL
