In my limited hobbying experience, I think you can tell, IF you pay attention to the subtle physiological clues. Not the moaning and thrashing that are easily performed, but the subtle breathing changes, the flushing of color on the chest and neck, the involuntary twitching and the occasional squirt that are much harder to act. If you are not too self absorbed, and learn to read your partner's clues you will know. Also, it seems that the few ladies I've been with who faked it were ready to leave much sooner than those who genuinely enjoyed the experience and wanted to share a little more intimacy. IMHO if you don't do all your thinking with your little head you can tell.

Just like the rest of the guys here, I read the reviews, and choose a lady that I think I can enjoy myself with.
