Depends where I landed in the DNA lottery.  I would adjust price to maximize income with full time scheduling.

I don't think I'd have a problem accepting references from reputable providers.

 
I honestly don't see how RWI helps screen unless the reason is retaliation after harm is already done to you, and you may not be around to even be able to use it.

It seems these providers have an easier time cultivating regulars.
They also seem to network with each other, streamlining screening.
They can upgrade services based on their comfort level.
