I have no experience on this in an Incall situation. Having said that, I have ample experience in my favorite AMP in West LA. I became known there so well for that. Unfortunately, yes you do swap condoms when you alternate. It sounds like a mood killer but there are plenty of ways to make the "switch" less ackward and more intense just by: DFK the other while the new condom is being replaced; start with some duo head...with the other lady placing the condom on with her mouth; some DATY...whatever....
