A question on p411

If anyone else has noticed.  I have an okay from a provider that has "retired" and her account is inactive.  But since I have the okay I'm able to see that she is still logging in periodically.  Just curious about this.   ?

How can her account be considered inactive, if she's still logging in occasionally?

What is your question? You are wanting to know why she told you she retired but is still logging into P411?
With P411 we have the ability to disable our account and we also have the ability to have it go into UTR mode. She may have logged on to see if she still had points available? Unknown without the actual provider answering.

Exactly, that is my question

I'm curious how it's "inactive" yet I still see her most recent log in.  Not sure why this is so confusing.  Thanks for the answer

Her account is inactive, and when I check my okays she's been logged in.  Just wondering what this is.

I looked on the website and do not see anything saying that if a provider has their account switched to "inactive" or "UTR" that the provider no longer has access to her account. I would assume, and I am only assuming, that this will allow a provider to still receive messages from other providers to give info on clients that she gave an "OK" to. I have never had my account put to UTR so no idea how clients would contact a provider if that is the case.

Obviously "inactive" doesn't mean she's shut out of it. That would make no sense. Inactive doesn't mean gone. It means you can't PM her, can't request an okay, can't look at her profile, and who knows what else. But it does NOT mean she can't use the account.

How else would she reactivate it if she couldn't login to it?

Messaging her? Does it even offer that option? Can providers block you on there? Who knows

Based on personal experience - an inactive provider profile is just the profile. The actual account is not deactivated. The provider can still login and look at their messages and such, their profile is simply no longer showing on the site.
When/if the provider decides to return, they can reactivate their profile and they will still have their previous history intact.

You can't PM a provider with an inactive profile. If that provider has given you an "okay" that "okay" is still there but you cannot message her or even look at her profile.

Makes perfect sense.  Thank you
