...as a body description, I nominate her as the textbook example of female athleticism. Great shape; good musculature but not overdone; seems to have the stamina and flexibility; nice definition but still feminine (I'm assuming the breasts are augmented); and a pretty face to top it all off.

As mentioned above, this is assuming that the lower half is as visually appealing as what we *can* see.

The workout would have brutal, though.  Note her definition and age...I once could have approached that (as could you), and if I made a concerted effort, maybe just could again, almost.

CD I did it yesterday :) I thought I might die and the pushups were seriously near impossible for me but I did it:) Sweat my cheeks off:) It was great though:) I Love it ! She has oodles of these videos actually:) I am gogin to try on of her other ones today but the others actually look more difficult if you can imagine that .I'm scared lol You should see her with the Kettle Ball .Clearly I am not ready for the Kettle Ball lol Kendall Lynn

You can research her extensively (Zuzana Light aka Susana Spears and many other aliases) on the web. She is from the Czech republic and there are many videos of her floating around from her nude modeling and soft porn era. Now she is married to Freddy (the guy who does the fitness video and editing) and has made the transition to the fitness field. She was never this cut and lean when she was a model/actress in the adult field, plus she has smaller natural cans back then. I actually follow many of her exercise routines and I think that she is very, very HOT :)
