et's say that I had a visit with my regular (ATF) provider. Normal session which is 3 hours. And let's say I theoretically make her cum 10 times.

I can only answer for myself

It takes a little effort to get me going but once that first O arrives the gate is open & I have multiple O's. I have never kept count and don't honestly think that I could if I wanted to. LOL
