"You'll have a great time, I guarantee it" that the chances that you will be ripped off increase dramatically ???

In fact it will be almost a sure thing !!!

Check the review, read the rip-offs.

Real, good, legitimate providers do not have to say that, only ones with the hard sell to get you in say it, as a phony justification.  It is also non-descriptive enough not to lock them into any specific promises.

could have such a cynical outlook.

You may be right in many occasions.  However, I have been with well reviewed providers who said almost this exact phrase just because of my uncertainty or nerves at being with a stranger for the first time.  It can be their way of letting the guy know that they are happy to take the lead, and I, for one, happen to like strong willed women.

I can't comment on the "You'll have a great time, I guarantee it" line, but it does seem that hearing "i'm all inclusive" is anything but. Just my personal experience.

My very first contact with a provider produced almost exactly your catchphrase when she responded to my email inquiry. Actually, she said something close to "just think of it as a blind date that goes better than you could have imagined." She knew I was nervous, and she did her (impressive) best to make her prediction come true.

That's the reason I'm still here :-)
