If it was submitted but still pending approval/rejection then you can edit it yourself and resubmit. If it has already been approved and posted then you can write the staff and ask them to change it. I did this once with success but it was an easy request, i.e. I had inadvertantly added the word 'not' to a sentence and needless to say it changed the whole meaning of my thought. I asked them to remove the word and they did. Otherwise you last resort is to post a completely different review. If accepted then it will replace the first review.
