Hotel vs. Private Residence

I typically host from a private residence.  It has convenient parking plus all of the amenities available for longer stays.  I like having drinks in the living room, having the opportunity to change rooms over 2 and 3 hour encounters....the thrill of leading my visitor by the hand back to the bedroom after we've gotten to know each other for awhile. Plus it seems safer in my quiet locale.

Some clients have expressed a strong preference for a hotel.  So I do mix things up, and will set up in a hotel for a few days.  For me it seems a bit colder, not as much ambiance, and I get a bit nervous about the front desk.  But it works, too, but for the shorter stays of an hour or 90 mins.

What are your preferences and why, if I may know?

Please be kind.

And here is one answer.  As long as I can assure myself that you're a safe and reliable provider, I don't care whether you use an apartment or a hotel as your incall.  I typically do sessions of no more than 90 minutes.

be marked off. (1) Safe area, (2) well-reviewed provider who takes safety and discretion seriously (3) if a private residence--secluded area with no curious neighbors and plenty of parking choices and (3b) if a hotel--busy location with plenty of foot traffic or provider is willing to meet me at a side door so I don't need to walk past the front desk twice withing an hour or 90 minutes.

but safety is the highest consideration, and hotels (at least better ones) are better at that.

But it's not all that big a deal so long as the neighborhood is good, and the neighbors none too nosy.

It feels more, um, homey (thank you, Captain Obvious), has more warmth and ambiance as you say, and gives me more of a sense of the person I'm spending time with. But I can understand that a provider might not want to see clients in her own space, and in fact hotels seem to be more the norm than they were in my early mongering days.

I don't feel comfortable hosting from my residence. I've done it before, but only for a couple of trusted regulars, and only when all the hotels in my hometown were either fully booked or ridiculously expensive due to Packer games or other events in town. I would be paranoid about being forgetful and leaving a piece of mail or something with my real name on it laying out by accident.

Not only that, but what if a client shows up at your residence unannounced? That would really piss me off. I know screening weeds out a lot of weirdos, but I've also heard bad stories about good clients gone bad. I'm a very private person and my home is my personal sanctuary where I can let my guard down and fully relax. I don't even like it when close friends or family members stop by without calling first.

As long as you're smart about it and not seeing clients back to back and lining up 10 guys a day, hotels shouldn't be an issue as long as you avoid the small mom and pop type motels where the owners can be nosy. I like to book busy hotels with a bar/restaurant area and a lot of people coming and going. If I'm on tour, I like to space out my dates and leave at least 3 hours in between dates whenever possible.

The hot one with the great reviews of course. lol

As long as neither are a dump, I honestly care a LOT more about the woman herself than whether she is hosting out of a hotel room or an apartment.

I do it at my private in-call as it is way easier then dealing with maid, check-out, front desks, etc. Also, with my private in-call I have everything there I need and the client. I don't have to pack everything and hopefully not forget something. A lot of clients that have seen me have no private in-call space. I have hosted before in hotels as well but you are 100% right it is a very cold feeling going to a hotel. It just doesn't feel the same. I have never once had a issue.

Do not mind visiting with friends at Hotels as long as they are not Motel 6 or Super 8!  Also do not prefer drive up room entrances

if I am a regular than the private residence is best but if I don't know you. a good hotel that is not sketchy, loaded with cops, known for robberies, or bust..............

...is my preference. Seems most of the women I've seen are more relaxed in their own environment, so they are happier to play and we have a better time.

Also, I'm generally traveling to the Big City (4 1/2 hour one-way drive) to see some lovelies, as I live in a provider desert. Occasionally, a well-reviewed provider travels through the hinterland in which I live and I will see if we're a good match. I've had a two excellent sessions with the same provider this year, as she travels to my area and, yes -- we meet at her incall (she rents a townhouse locally).

I've done sessions at hotels and, while they can work, I find my comfort level and hers is best at her incall.

If you "work" more than 10 days out of every month, it begins to be cost effective to have a separate apartment ... and if you can time share it with someone you each only need to work 5 days out of the month before you start saving on hotel costs.

You have made three non ad posts since being back and NONE of them are BSC, and all of them actually make sense.

So let me repeat my question, who are you and where is the real Fancy? lmao

I prefer a private residence because of things already suggested. Familiar spaces for longer visits (my preference). More personal (I do look for more than just a good fuck, though a good fuck should not be underestimated). OTOH, I've met some really hot tamales in hotel rooms. But, if a hotel is a must please, please let it be a decent one.

Whichever one will draw the least attention to me. If the hotel requires interacting at the front desk then I won't like it. If the private residence requires interacting with a guard at a front gate or showing my ID at a lobby (like at an apartment complex) then also no.

I do like hotels with mirrors which some private residences don't have. So it depends.

For all the reasons already mentioned.  I dislike hotels greatly.

I prefer to host at my private incall when I am home in Houston. And while on tour, I opt for the upscale hotel.

I'm more comfortable in my own space, as I have taken the time to decorate according to my own taste and preferences. Hotels are cold, and not very inviting, in my own opinion.

As the other ladies have mentioned, I feel much more comfortable hosting at my private residence. My ex bf used to call me an Eagle Scout because I am always prepared, so in that same fashion, I always have a full bar, grooming supplies, toys galore, etc. I'm also able to set the mood....light candles, play some music, put out toys for display etc. And I like the little ritual of offering a drink, breaking the ice, and heading to my den of pleasure lol.

Hotels just make me more anxious. If I am doing an outcall to someone's hotel, the majority of the time they are luxury hotels with huge lobbies. I feel like I'm in slow motion and all eyes are upon me as my heels clickety clack and echo on the marble flooring. Or even worse when the hotel is so large that I have to ask someone to point me to the elevators. On top of that, the majority of them are uptown and unless they have their own parking deck, I have to park on the street and carry all my supplies in the open.

And because I'm a squirter, I prefer my own environment even more. I have a waterproof mattress cover and plenty of towels at hand, as well as the ability to rinse off in my own shower and change. I feel really self conscious going to someone else's place and soaking their furniture or visiting their hotel room and then leaving them a soaked bed that they have to deal with. If they haven't already booked the room, I advise them to get a room with two beds...one to mess up and one to sleep on lol.
