What is the criteria for someone to get delisted from this site?

Can anyone shed some light for me.

If a provider violates one of TER’s main rules, (outing someone, review manipulation etc, TER can delist her for cause.

A provider can also ask to be delisted. This can be for legal reasons, custody issues, things like that. Some girls want to be delisted because they don’t like reviews or hate TER. Some do it to try to hide from bad reviews. Any provider who has a no review policy is automatically delisted.

"etc" must be pretty broad and have a wide interpretation since I know someone who just got delisted and it was at her request; she didn't out anyone and hasn't manipulated any reviews.

Not all reasons for delisting are negative and not all ladies leave TER because they take issue with it.  Sometimes it's just time for a change.  When some ladies graduate or complete whatever goal they were working towards, and no longer are seeing companions they decide to delist.  Others decide to go under the radar and delist to keep a lower profile, but are still in the business.

Even more ladies just let their profile lay dormant and never log in again, so you can fondly look back on their posts and reviews even if you cannot contact them in any way.

Not all ladies who decline to interact with TER do so for adversarial reasons.

Men get delisted too, for writing fake reviews, harassment, outing, and other inappropriate behavior.

I wouldn't worry about it unless you are concerned about your membership status.  If that is the case, contact support.  As long as you are playing nice, it's all good inside and outside of TER.

Simply put...if she doesn't want to be here, the door is wide open to leave....
Its changed a lot since FOSTA/SESTA...
Where ladies used to like to build a solid review history, many now despise it. They cite different reasons, but I personally only see it being a benefit if they're conducting business in a dubious manner.

If your that high quality of a provider, then let those reviews be seen to substantiate and solidify your reputation.

If you want to deliver all over the place YMMV sessions, or try to price yourself in a high level gfe market, but deliver BP level service....then reviews would not be your friend.

Im a very respectful guy, and I absolutely adore the genuine women in this business, but I absolutely despise disreputable providers who would take advantage of ppl given the chance..

Long winded, off point, but its obviously a sore spot with me.

...also has to take the affirmative step of removing all her advertising from the internet.  She can't just ask to be delisted from TER while at the same time leaving her ads up.  It doesn't matter if the reason is retirement or going UTR, she has to show she's doing it legitimately and not to run away from bad reviews.

I would think that even a person as dumb as you are, but who has been around this place as long as you have would know this. It's only about the 500th time it's come up.

So does this mean providers always have an out to effectively remove their reviews on a whim if things don't go their way?

Yes, that is EXACTLY what it means.

Around here two wrongs do make a right, a woman with bad reviews who wants to hide from them only has to get "caught" doing something that will get her banned and "poof" she gets her wish.

You aren't the only one who sees the irony in this, but I don't see Admin making any changes to this policy anytime soon.  You seem to like tilting at windmills, maybe you should post an OP on S&P on the subject and see how far it gets you? FWIW I'll support you for all the good it will do us. lol

It's much easier and more direct.  She would also stop paying for her ads while waiting for TER to get around to it.  And using your method, she would still have to remove her ads anyway.

It's no coincidence that you think the best way to delist is for a provider to rat on herself.  Snitching comes easy to a fink like you.

Not following your logic here.

Why would a provider want to remove the ads that generate her income when all she has to do is post a “No Review” policy on her website?

It would only make sense to remove her ads if she was leaving the business.

...in case you hadn't noticed.  I posted one way for providers to do it - removing their internet ads and requesting TER to delist them.

GaG posted a different way - posting "No Reviews" on her website and then rubbing it in TER's face so they would delist her.

I'll let you try to figure out why some providers do it the way I said and why some providers do it the way GaG said.

I have heard from countless providers who have tried and failed to get themselves delisted using the "direct" method that you support, using my method they were delisted same day every time.

and NO, using MY method there is no reason at all for her to have to remove her ads. You truly are a fucking moron.

For providers who are retiring or otherwise leaving the business, or going full UTR, your method works. Those providers would want to remove their ads and website anyway.
However there are providers who want off of TER but have no intention of leaving the business. These providers have no intention or no reason to remove their website or ads. In this case, GaG’s method is the easiest way to get delisted. I have given that same advice to providers here probably as many times as GaG has.

Of $500. She had more than enough strikes against her so TER did the right thing, But isn't there a "Rip Off" category she could have fallen into?? Anyways, she was bad news, but she's still out there so buyer beware if you're ever in LA.
