Beside Thailand, does anyone have any recommendations for a nice, cheap sex vacation? I like Thai woman, but I would like to visit another country with prices comparable to Thailand (for an overnight guest).

Any help would be appreciated.

If by international you mean overseas then CR is not but I love Latinas so the variety of Chicas, Nicas, Colombians, Venezuelans, et al was awe inspiring & cost was reasonable if not cheap.

Yeah, if you were in Manila in the 1980s, you just go to the massage parlors for some fun.  

You look thru a one-way glass window. You can see all the girls, and they don't see you. They have a number pin to their chest area.  And you just tell the manager, I want number 23 or 50.  

And you go to your private room and the girl you ordered knocks on your door. You give her the dough and she strips, gives a massage, and the fun begins.

Later they close those down. Don't know if there are new ones. Haven't been there for a long time.

Dominican Republic - a lot of good sex vacation clubs where you will find local young ladies (in their early 20's), Colombians, Venezuelans and East Europeans at very reasonable prices.

I love Dominican girls and make sure to bring a ton of Viagra with me when I go.

That's what got you in trouble the first time.
Only bring the number you need for your time on the island.  Then you won't have any customs issues.
