My reason for posting on this site is to educate the hobbyists and providers that have never travelled to SEA (Southeast Asia) including LOS (Land of Smiles = Thailand) or even Mexico for the hobby.
I know some people who have never been to these parts of the world for the hobby have a hard time accepting the hardships of the people in these countries. Women sell their virginity, have children with hobbyists (for lighter skin colored children), provide bareback sex since all the other providers offer it and insisting on a condom would be bad for their business.
Most hobbyists prefer bareback sex to that of using a condom. My good friend is a medical doctor in San Diego and he frequents Tijuana, Thailand and the Philippines for bareback sex. Truthfully, BBFS is not as unsafe as people make it out to be. It's not quite as easy to get HIV thru vaginal sex as it is through anal sex, not even close. Plus we're assuming the girl even has HIV in the first place.
Beyond that, yes, there's tons of other STDs. But I am sure everybody on this website has at least HSV-1 by now, anyway.
