Dealing with the extra during French lessons

I've been in the USA for 6 years now and I've noticed that most women (providers and non-providers) really don't know what to do with the little piece of extra skin I have down there (yes, I am uncircumcised). Quite a few will yank the skin back hard and fast and continue like it was never really there - ouch :(

So I'd like to pose two questions:

To guys like me: am I unusual in finding this treatment painful, and what are your experiences ?
To the girls: what do you think when you find the guy is uncut, and do you adjust your technique?

The skin is natural for sliding back and forth, you don't need lube and uncut guys are more sensitive and in my experience even if they pop sooner they are able to reload and pop again quicker as well. And as someone who sees a lot of circumcised men up close I've seen a lot of damage from circumcision. Sure there are some nice looking ones as well, but I've also seen skin bridges and skin tags, rough reddened mottled skin, extensive scarring, hair on the shaft (due to skin being pulled too tight while circumcising) I never even saw an uncircumcised cock until I was mid-20's and after my initial surprise was quickly won over to the joys of uncut sex. Of course with a condom on, the nice gliding sensation and benefits from no lube needed you get from the foreskin is moot anyway. In my experience yes the uncut cock is a bit more likely to smell like urine but this is easily remedied. I've never encountered any "smegma" or any of the horrors some of the pro-circumcision types talk about.
If girls don't know how to deal with your extra skin, simply communicate - tell them how you like it done, what hurts, what feels good, etc.

I'm a little wary of uncut... just because of the cleanliness factor.  I know that it's becoming more and more common, but the information that I got from my doctor suggests that there's an increased health risk with uncircumcised men... I have never refused to see one, but am extra cautious.

For whatever reason, about half my clients weren't born in North America, so I tend to see a lot of those little extras.  No problemo!  and no "hygiene issues" as people seem to be most concerned about.  I think in cultures where circumcision isn't done as a rule, cleanliness is also emphasized.

I think if anything I'm more gentle, it's like you're coaxing the big guy to come out, I start at the base and as he gets hard you let the skin pull back by itself.  Then most guys tell me they're very sensitive around the head, you can really play with it and drive them crazy...

Is it getting hot in here, or is it just me? lol
