Law enforcement have to catch you in the act or have a lady rat you out and be credible about her story. Unless you're caught in the act, it becomes your word against the lady's or agency's word. If you are an average joe, you would not be worth the energy that investigators would expend nailing you. But if you are a big name or big time politician, the disclosure factor would give investigators the juice that they need to bring you to light.
A little background I'm an average Joe, not a politician.
I have only used 3 agencies since I discovered hobbying. These agencies have been around for about 10yrs. The ladies shown on the website dress business casual to casual. Just revealing little cleavage legs, and sometimes stomach. Im sure my real name is listed along with my Date-check ID with these agencies. The cool part is my name is pretty common. I'm sure I have nothing to worry about.
If one of these agencies I visited were closed down by law enforcement, what are the odds of them Harassing me. Yes I used my cell phone number, but the address I have registered is a P.O Box.
My Question is what happens when an escort agency is raided?
HOpefully its not as extreme as Phoenix, AZ incident.
We run to the police with our whole entire client database scout out the ones who are high profile and throw them to the beasts. LOL J/K. Talk about a subject beat to death on this board and other boards.
I, for one do not keep my clients info once they are verified and sometimes it depends on the situation when the agency gets busted but honestly IMHO the fbi law enforcement do not give a shit about who youre clients are especially if you're just joe schmoe
which is one reason why I always encourage clients to get a hobby phone. A pre paid disposable phone that you only use when you are hobbying, registered to a fake name and address. Happy hobbying.

ie those which accept date-check, preferred411, roomservice2000, TER or other board handles, white listing and etc and do not require "real name and employment verification"
And date check, preferred411 and roomservice all have your real name and all your information on your profile so it absolutely makes it easier to verify.
I would not accept a client without me knowing who he is, but we are not out to be nosy, collect your info to later use it against you, or just to have you as a bargaining tool for later if something occured. I merely screen to protect myself and my ladies safety as well.
There are SEVERAL different ways to verify, its just about finding the ways that work for you that make both parties happy. I always try to make the process as painless as possible, if I cant verify someone then I let them know and move on to the next.
When my clients decide to use my agency out of all the others it means a lot to me so obviously my clients are VERY important so again I try to do the best I can to protect their info by simply not having it there lol.
The only agencies I have seen get in trouble were ones that used the same incall or were involved in some sort of money laundering or drugs or tax evasion.
