Finally my account was reactivated today. All is right with the world. 😜

So I have trying to renew my account and have not gotten any response to multiple e-mails about the status. I know they are under new ownership but has anyone had similar problems? A simple response would be sufficient but nothing and now become concerned about my payment disappearing.

It's been almost a week since my initial email. Three follow up emails have gone unanswered as well. Trying to set up a session and this is holding it up.

I have emailed all at DC. I just sent another email just asking for a response to verify they are getting my messages. Sorry to say but the new owners seem not to be too good at customer service.
