You are going to want to know before hand if it was a former secretary. You should find that out without trying to give away your identity. If you prefer you prefer to remain anonomous, and reduce risk of exposure you are better off if your provider has had no prior contact with you and where you worked.... Too risky..

I agree, this is a tough one to answer. It depends on your relationship in and out of the office at the time. I had a secretary that always liked to flirt and I am sure she wanted to do more. But I never took the chance because we worked together. Sometimes I wish I would have after see left.
But on the other hand, I posted a couple months ago about the provider that moved in next door. We are good friends now, but she doesn't know that I know she is one.
