We all have our limitations.  Sometimes I view various boards to evaluate the talent.  Lately I have to admit shaking my head, when I see an ad from a lady who advertises on the low end board. Her rates would lead you to believe she was an MVP on TER especially when she tries to suck you in with "My specialty is multi-hour engagements".  Yeah Right! I'm not likely to pay 1000/hr to see someone if there are great options at 400/hr. I seem to see women who are in the 400 range, not by choice of the donation but because they fit my needs and wants.

A fine watch is jewelry and a status symbol.  It looks great on your wrist and tells anyone who knows anything that you are a connoisseur.  For myself, they are simply beautiful objects, a fusion of form and function, art and craft.  If you don't get it, fine. But don't look down on people who get it.

Each lady sets her price for a variety of different reasons. Sometimes the elite ladies set their prices so high so as to keep the riff raff (me) clicking on by. Their sole interest is to cater to the high rollers, or maybe the one time splurge guys. I wish all of them well. That's a great business model. you don't necessarily get what you pay for.  Higher prices don't always mean better service.    I have also found that many girls are setting their rates based on their looks rather than their skills, experience and service.  Pricing on looks is okay if you want the 30-year-old hobbyist trade that save up their money so they can afford an hour with a provider each month, but you you're hoping to snag older gents with real money to spend, service is king, and if you don't deliver, you won't get repeats not matter how hot you may look, or in some cases, think you look.

We charge what we charge because we can. If a guy doesn't like my prices, he can find others for less. Although they aren't going to be as attractive. Ha. Yup. I said it. But beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?  *rolls eyes*

I have no idea. I have had some amazing experiences in the $300-400 range, which is about my limit for a normal hour rate. I'm not sure how much more the service could improve, but I think one thing you get with higher prices is just lower volume and confidence that you aren't the 3rd, or even the 2nd, guy of the day. Though I'm sure you get to that point well below $1700.  

I dont think it's necessary for me to justify why. And with respect of all the reasons listed above from other parties, it simply boils down to Who is willing to pay. Are you willing to pay or not? The same applies to all other prices.

Personally speaking if the situation was reverse and i was seeking a provider, then i'm NOT going to look for something cheap. I have high standards that i don't go below.
