In many states arrest records can be expunged so that there will be no evidence of the conviction, with certain exceptions. Cops are still able to see records. Also, background checks for many jobs that require a state license will reveal the records. And yes, you'd be SOL at Lawrence Livermore.
All Arrest get report to the FBI and FBI keep track if court does not charge The FBI still has a record and you got to explain you self when trying to get a job for the government. I know I been there. This won't excluded from all government employment just some As I have done some jobs for government.

I have found good deals at Marriott if use points system or down south on off day. Some rooms auction system one day could be $20 the next be $300 dollars.
