I'm just curious if from the Providers perspective are non FS appointments available at different rates (but just generally not talked about) or does this kind of thing come up so rarely that it's just a unique circumstance? (not suggesting that anyone haggle/negotiate with Providers, just curious if this is something that is more common than I thought)

An unexpected menstrual issue would put a last-minute damper on things, so I could understand a lady making such an offer since that's not something within the client's control. Personally, I'd just cancel and offer to reschedule with some way to make it up to him.

It's up to her if she wants to offer things a la carte, but I think it's safe to say that generally speaking, you pay for the time you book.

Personally, I think it up to the woman to offer such a session, not for the guy to ask for a "discount" for not partaking in her full menu.
I think the lady offering a discount and an alternative to simply canceling and rescheduling the session due to an early appearance by Aunt Flo is a nice gesture.
