I realized this post is from a few years ago, and maybe you've gotten the answers you needed. I signed up for a website with cuties-tool in June 2025. I paid for a full year (with bitcoin) and was granted 14 months due to paying upfront. I built my site, linked it everywhere. Last week it was shut down with no warning, I got a message on my login page as well as an email to the effect that I need to 'update my credit card' because my payment is due. I have sent 3 emails and one message via the site, sent 4-5 days ago and I'm being ghosted. So they took my money and didn't provide the promised service. I was already planning to go with a better company because there had been a few instances of shutdowns (for tech reasons I guess) that took a day or two to get back on line and that can get very very expensive when people search for you, see your page doesn't exist and a) can't contact you b) this doesn't exactly add to a feeling of legitimizing my business. That's my input for whatever it's worth.
