the younger ones I have seen allowed it.  But I find it funny when you can lick them but can not kiss them.

...and while I'm not convinced that it is an age issue, after I thought about your question, I realized that it IS the younger girls that I know that have more of a problem with both DATY and kissing.  

I am not young, I love to kiss, and I actively encourage anyone to DA my Y for as long as they willing, so I clearly may not understand why other women say no.  BUT, I will say that allowing someone to DATY requires a woman to really be comfortable feeling fully exposed.  I think it can make some women feel self conscious and vulnerable.  And I know that my levels of both personal and sexual self confidence increased significantly as I aged.  I know I looked better then, but I perform better - and allow more - now.

I haven't found any correlation between age of a woman and willingness to have her pussy eaten. First I have had younger providers that did allow it.
But as a rule you are correct younger girls are less likely to allow dining at the Y.
I can't say why a particular provider allows/or does not allow this activity.
It could just be she is a bit uneasy allowing someones face so close to her genitals.
Then again it could be she is concerned about cleanliness and a mans saliva.
Then again young girls are in demand and she gets enough business without that.
