Just thought folks should be aware..  I purchased a Visa Gift card for the payment of VIP membership and only for that purpose.  I checked the balance today and found the balance had been used, and not by me.   Glad I didn't use a regular credit card.

Did you call the issuer to see what happened?

Did you examine the card at purchase time to see if the back was rubbed off?

i was the first to use the card...  i rubbed off the coating to expose the number on the back of the card
