Ever heard of a practice like this?
I saw this post on Craigslist and she send me an email and I quote!

"if yur serious about meeting u just gotta book me then gimme a ring, go to my site / http://www.tracisdate.com / at the bottom, register its only a 1$ processing fee just to verify ur over 18 and not on the sexual preditors list ;) sooooo if u are cool with that we will meet lickity split :p just call me and we can get this rollin ;-)

I personally would not take the risk. The $1 processing fee could turn into a billing nightmare. Unless other hobbyists are going to vouch for this site, I would bypass it.

sexual liberties of a minor one time if it was years ago does not count usually that means he/she got mad at the boy/girl and reported it or the parents did not like the boy. Not always the case. It is updated however anyone can have a fake ID and alias too!
