I really can't think of anything that hasn't been discussed before. Maybe that's why this board just died the last few days?

How about banning members who post fake reviews.

asking what kinds of farm animals members here have done a threesome with.  I'm pretty sure that hasn't been asked before.  

to no avail.  Most fakes are discoverable in the details.  Either they have not described the girl or the location correctly.  The easiest way is hair color.  The profile will say black hair, but she's been a blond for the last two years and the reviewer says he saw a brunette.  Easy to spot, photographic proof on the CV ad, but in my experience, TER will only entertain a claim of fakery if it comes from the provider herself, and many girls don't care about reporting them, so they are accepted as real even though they are known fakes by anyone who has seen the same girl during that time period.  

Or a cow is even harder to train. That's why sheep are much more popular. At least you can hold onto the wool before they are shorn.

I've found a few that were cut and paste jobs. I read a review and said to myself that I've seen it before. Went back two years and it was cut and pasted from the same provider.
The guy had done that with several ladies. He was banned.
