So what you come up with

I am a complete newbie, so I hope this question isn't too stupid. There's a provider in my area that I'm interested in, but all she has is a Craigslist ad and one picture.

Would it be considered wrong to e-mail her and ask to see another pic or two?

Also, she has one review here on TER. What would be the minimum number of reviews before you would consider seeing a provider to make sure she's for real (and not LE).

Thanks a LOT to anyone who responds.

I hope you get replies from guys more experienced than I am as I know nothing about CL. Never been on that site. It seems like most say it is not a good place to seek companionship.  If I were you why not make sure your experience is positive and pick a well reviewed woman. Use the TER search function. I personally would want at least five reviews but I don't know if their is a rule of thumb about that.
Even if it costs a little more peace of mind is priceless.  Then you can have a good time and not have a thing to worry about. I think you need to be very experienced to be a bargain hunter.

Good Luck!

How many psychologists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Just one, but the lightbulb really has to want to change.

How many reviews does the lady need? Just one, but it better be a really good one. From a guy you trust by: reading his other reviews, develop a rapport on the boards, etc.

I suggest you pass. See a few well reviewed ladies first. Develop your sense for when something seems wrong. Then you can start TOFTT and be safe about it (though not totally safe).

OK I'll admit we are an unusal lot. Oddly enough I'm one of the few stable ones in the field lol!!

I'll be the first one too defend Craigslist for reasons of discovering new or more affordable talent; but you need savvy (and a bit of a sixth sense)in avoiding the bait & switch games, pimps/agencies, up-sellers, total RipOffs, and of course LE.

Even the vetted hobbyist can get stung on CL; but usually not as readily or severely as a newb.

I use CL and so do a lot of other nice ladies.

Not all ladies who use CL are crackheads and have pimps.

and TOFT for the ladies club many times over. I have given many references for gents who wanted to see a lady but she wouldn't see him without  provider verification. Many times I did not get a review but that other lady did. Just the way it goes!

I don't post their often now. But sometime I feel like doing a TOFTT myself.

for after you get a little more experience under your belt, so to speak. You don't want your first experiences to turn into disasters. Although you may find some good providers on CL, your chances of getting bitten are much higher. If this lady only has one review, I would pass. You don't want to TOFTT (Take One For The Team) until you've been with the team for a while. Find a lady with a little more experience, and let her know that you're a rookie. Chances are that you'll be well taken care of.

Good Luck

Thanks a lot for all the advice...I really appreciate it. The provider in question would have been good because a) her picture was hot, and b) she's close to home, but I think maybe I'll start with someone with a few more reviews first.

Thanks again...I'm so glad I found this site.

Do research. CL is for hard core hobbyists.

more than likely, she will say no.  Many ladies have that question in the FAQ section of their website, and the answer is usually no, that's all I have.  Since she doesn't have a site, that may be the only picture she has anyway.

The posters have given you good advice.  Do your research here or other review sites until you have some experience choosing a lady.  If she only has one review, it had better be from a guy I am familiar with on the site, and he better have a bunch of reviews in his profile, preferably with some ladies I have seen.

Good luck and happy hobbying.

Swim

Thanks everyone, this is really great advice. And swim, what other review sites would you recommend? I'm trying to find a provider in a fairly out-of-the-way area (suburbs north of NYC).

Pictures should provide you with an adequate presentation of the ladies body type.  Several women have D breasts... but depending on body type and tissue type they may "droop" or stand out like rocket cones....  Some folke like a lady who has a "hard body" - some like more soft... some like more leg, less trunk... some the opposite...

in short, whatever rings your bell wrt body type should be apparent - some ladies do that very nicely with a full body shot - with them standing... which  is what I prefer... As to the face... that is totally up to the lady - I have seldom if ever been disappointed with a lady's face... IF it is done well.... and it is not B&S.

With respect to Craigslist... I have seen one lady who was on CL.  She was as advertised... and did not disappoint.  HOwever, she had a number of reviews on TER.

As to LE - there is a feel that you will get for genuine providers - and a pratter that you will learn over seeing several providers... that will let you both know almost instantly that you are not LE.  I've been told that I'm ok (after over 5 years of hobbying).  Have I exchanged photos via e-mail with a provider?  yup!!!

Once in setting up a date... we discussed what she was to wear... I selected dresses from the web that were worn by celebs to give her an idea of what she was to wear.... she selected a dress- took a pic of herself in it... and sent it to me!  wow is all I can say....   when she opened the door - she was even more lovely that the pic.

There are so many variations with this hobby - that is what makes it fun for the ladies as well as the men.  the more skilled (or in my case- experienced) we become the more fun it can be...

my advice - sit back - relax and enjoy the ride.  it is an e-ticket.

Stay away from Craigslist providers is my advice and I'm new to game myself and in one week I have learned that quick.   I'm not saying they are all trouble, but another thing you will learn is not all reviews are what you think they are.
