When visiting your regular or ATF, do you usually bring her lunch/dinner, just drinks, nothing extra, or just go and do your thing?

With fries when I use to visit my regular during our lunch time escape. There was a McDonald’s right around the corner of her apartment.  
She retired and now she reappeared. And she remembers those days… bless her cholesterol filled heart🤣
But she loved that shit..🤷🏻‍♂️

Sometimes a small gift to her fave store. Amazon and Uber GCs always seem to be appreciated too.

I usually book late morning appointments so I’ll bring some snacks for us to enjoy: fruits, cheese, meat and crackers. I’ll bring a bottle of wine that they can either enjoy during our date or save for another time as I no longer drink alcohol. Sometimes I will get them a gift card for Amazon or somewhere I know they like to go to and if not a gift card then I always bring a tip, usually an extra Benjamin.

My friends usually bring a bottle to share. I have had food delivered. They will offer ahead of time to pick me up something, and send me the menu, or suggest their ATF spot because they know I am a major foodie!

with a hard salami and a generous tip.  Anything else is more about the customer feeling worthy, which I have never had a problem with.  

I have brought thoughtful little gifts for providers before, but generally with my favorite providers I opt to just provide a generous tip.  It always fits, and they always love being spoiled.

I bring an extra wad (of bills) to reward my atf’s superior performance!

In ongoing relationships I've had with providers, it's been like other relationships - it depends on the couple, the circumstances, the setting.  With one provider, we always went out to eat; with another, we ordered in.   Usually, there's been space and time to smoke weed; we never drank. I went, and go, out a lot in public with providers.  Unusual venues visited with providers include state fairs, lawyers' conventions, court hearings and private museum showings.

That's a tell.

No, neither of us.  I was a practicing lawyer.  She (the notorious and endlessly funny Emma Bond; I'm sure you'll remember her) was visiting the city.  I had the day off except for a court appearance I had to make in the afternoon.  So I took her along for fun and had her sit in the gallery.  The judge, who was a woman, assumed Emma was a lawyer from my office and insisted that she join me at counsel table.  She did, I finished the hearing; the judge thanked us both, and we went for a slice of pizza.
